From putting some miles on my running shoes, to playing outside with our three children and cheering them on at their different activities- my days fly by! I enjoy reading when I want to relax and I’ll never pass up a cup of coffee or tea anytime of the day! I like to bake and cook, although my picky eaters make introducing new recipes difficult!
PTA to me is helping create memories that the students will remember when they look back on their years at Jones Elementary.

Hi, I’m Latasha but everyone calls me Tasha. I love spending time with my family. Camping, hiking, going to amusement parks and just having fun together. Seeing my kids happy is one of the best feelings in the world!

PTA to me means supporting the school community, enhancing school spirit, and best of all, seeing the kids smile!

PTA to me is helping all the students create memories with their friends at school. My favorite part is seeing a group of parents, faculty/staff, and community members all join together to create a few hours of just kids being kids.

Being a “Nana” to 2 beautiful little girls who attend Jones School, is second to none. I love planning events and working behind the scenes. It’s all about the kids. That is why I want to be a part of the PTA family.
